Return Shipping Costs
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item. In such cases, Cipherlifestyle will cover the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Processing:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5- 10 days. You will be notified via email when the refund has been processed. Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

Damaged or Defective Items

Exchanges
